Hi I'm Nick, a 3D Artist who models and textures for environments. I have a background working as a freelance 3D Generalist in a variety of industries including technology, advertising, and sports. Currently I'm following my passion and growing my skills in game environment art.
Modeled, textured, and set dressed AR face-filter background environments in various themes (Jurassic, Beach, Cyberpunk). Also modeled and textured for a 3D animated promo for Google's Chrome Dev Summit.
Textured stylized 3D characters for Kroger's Thanksgiving commercial, as well as posed characters for print.
Created 3D motion designs and characters for Augmented Reality integration on live NBA and MLS streams. Working from 2D concepts, I modeled, rigged, and animated assets in Maya. I then optimized and tested assets for use in our proprietary real-time software. Bridging clear communication between 2D artists and software programmers on opposite ends of our pipeline was a key role of mine.
